Preamble

The AutoReale® database consists of real vehicles which had been auctioned live and online throughout Germany; our team of market watchers gathers and inserts these data acurately. We monitor all large auctions in Germany and write down the respective bids - either auctioned or under reserve. The data are daily updated; data entries older than 6 month are not longer displayed to the public; they are then used for premium-users such as motor vehicle experts, surveyors, consultants, laywers and courts. All collected data consists of real facts such as auction date, manufacturer, type, bodywork, engine and many more.; status and details plus the latest/ highest bid. The inquriy cost money, but you can see all other data prior to paying only the price is hidden until payment is made.

On the index page you can see always the newest 5 entries; you can see and check the details before you decide to buy the price information. You have to pay for a single price inquiry 1,99 € / per vehicle as long as you are not registered. If you register yourself every price inquiry is then only 0,98 € / per vehicle. Or you choose a subscription for 29,- € monthly / 348,- yearly. For motor vehicle experts, surveyors, consultants etc. we offer a premium subscription for 38,67€ monthly/ 464,- € yearly. All prices include the legal VAT from Germany.

Our goal is to get prices and price inquiries transparent. The AutoReale® database allows price inquiries from real traded prices as they had been paid in respective auctions and compare them with the own vehicle or other vehicles offered. In the past there had been only average prices available or you could select from offered prices like in AutoScout or mobile. Real paid prices had been reserved to a rather small group of people, mostly only to the participants of the respective auctions.

What can be found in AutoReale® ?

In 'quick search' you can find vehicles from car auctions in these categories:
cars, trucks and commercial vehicles till 7.5t, trucks over 7.5t, special trucks and bikes (scooter, motorcycles, trikes, quads). Thus getting a real price comparison.

What data are needed for the quick search?
On the left side of the index page you just choose the categorie (i.e. cars, bikes...) and then proceed with the quick search. The search for cars is placed always on top.
There are no mandantory fields. For a quick search it is enough to choose manufacturer, type/model and bodywork plus the year (i.e. 01 for 2001) no month!
In most cases you need to refine your search since only 20 cars will be displayed in the results section.

the pulldown-menu 'manufacturer' allows to select the company searched for. Only manufacturers with vehicles listed are displayed.
in the text box 'type/model' you can enter a model name or a combination of model and numbers, i.e. '3' for a 3serie BMW.
the pulldown-menu 'bodywork' allows to select the various bodyworks, i.e. convertible, station wagon.
the pulldown-menu 'colours' allows to filter for a specific colour only.
in the text box 'first registration' you type in month 01,02..till 12 and year (i.e..98,99,00 ...) only 2 digits. You can additionally select a tolerance of +/- 3 month or +/- 6 month.
in the respective fields for mileage, engine power you can insert some data, they are not mandatory.
Furthermore there are radio buttons for gasoline and other entries which you can select.
Additionally you can select the results after different VAT types, § 25 a or VAT accounted separately.
Then click the find button.

Which result will be displayed at AutoReale® ?

We display all relevant data of the vehicle as is and described in the auction specs. Also the condition of the vehicle, the usuage, additional features, damages etc. are shown in the details section.
In the truck section we show additionally some special bodywork details with the overall results.
In the overall results list you get all vehicles found in list form; by clicking on details of a specific vehicle you get the data of the respective vehicle with all entries for that car exept the price.

If you click on „price“ then the payment gateway is opened and the exacte charge for this data is displayed. In the menu you can choose between paying via cellphone bill or fixed phone bill. The legally required text which is automatically repeated does not influence your cost; you pay exactely 0,98 € as registered user or 1,99 € unregistered. As soon as the payment is finished the price is displayed.

As a subscriber you have unlimited access to all data and prices for only 29,-€ monthly (incl.VAT). We sell only annual subscriptions for 348,-€ VAT included. Premium subscribers have more functionalities and access to historic data.

Which vehicles can be found in AutoReale® ?

From various live and online auctions in Germany a team of market watchers collects and inserts these data daily. All data are entered in most cases daily into the database. Different regions and auctions are monitored inorder to make sure the database reflects a representative cross section of vehicles auctioned all over Germany. Vehicles from all types of categories and bodywork are included plus trucks and bikes.

Which kind of databases do we have?

We accumulate our data and update them daily; datasets up to 6 month old are displayed to the public and our subscribers. Datasets that are older than 6 month are only accessible to professionals such as lawyers, surveyores etc. through our premium subscription. Their they can find historic data.

Where are the data coming from?

All data - live and online - are gathered by our team of market watchers and inserted manually into the database. We are trying to make sure that the data quality stays always at the highest possible level and do regualr cross checks. We monitor all major live auctions, some regional auctions and almost all online auctions where the results are visible and transparent.

Which data do you get?

When clicking on price you will buy the real price info paid for that specific car in the respective auction including status - auctioned or under reserve - plus the taxation.

We have designed the database in that way that you will see cars and bikes with VAT accountable or included (§25a); most private owned vehicles have VAT included in the price and it cannot be subtracted (§25a) whereas most commercial used cars are VAT accountable; this means you get the VAT shown separately and for export the cars are sold net.

Truck inquiries are always shown with their net prices since trucks are dominantly purchased from commercial parties.
This is always legal when net prices are shown exclusively to businesses and not private individuals.

What is the meaning of status 'auctioned' and 'under reserve'?

At auctions always at end end, the final price - the highest bid gets the good if the reserve has been met. Then the status is auctioned; if the price has not met the minimum idea of the seller then the reserve price has not been reached and the auction status is under reserve. The good has not been sold, but for htis price there has been a valid purchase offer that is real.
